GETTING STARTED

Simply email me 2 or 3 convenient times between 9 am and 4:00 pm Eastern (U.S.) Monday through Friday and the best phone number to call you, and we’ll schedule a no-strings phone consultation. Figure we’ll need about half an hour for the call.

So that we’ll have a meaningful conversation, please also include in your email the following:

♦  Your most recent resume (and bio, if you have one) — paste it into your email message (formatting doesn’t matter) or include it as an attachment.

♦  If you don’t have a resume or the one you have is very outdated, email me a brief outline of your career history, job responsibilities, and notable achievements. A link to your LinkedIn profile will also suffice, if your profile is complete.

♦  And, please send your answers to the following questions:

1.  What’s prompting you to seek help now?

2.  What things would you like me to help you with in your career search?

3.  What road blocks or challenges do you feel you are facing in your search or career?

4.  How quickly do you need to be in your next position?

5.  If you have been laid off, are you working with an outplacement firm provided by your employer?

6.  What type of position, level, salary and geographic area are you seeking?

I will get back to you quickly – usually the same day or within 24 hours – to confirm a time to talk about your career target, the development process, and your investment.

Because I limit the number of clients I will work with at any given time, my focus is squarely on you throughout the process.
